Learn from friendships

If you’re not interested at the present time, it doesn’t matter: the day comes for everyone eventually. Lots of the talk you hear is just boasting and showing off. Boys are just as shy as girls about making friends.

If you wish to be liked (and we all do) you must behave in a likeable way. This means putting the other person first. Whenever you are with a girl your intention should be to treat her in a way which makes her feel valued by you. Your respect for her will tell you how to behave. If she doesn’t make you feel that you want to respect her, then she is not going to be a real friend.

Every good friend you make is a lesson in loving. You learn from friendships how to care, how to share, how to be tolerant and forgiving.
